采用1组全尺寸AP1000控制棒驱动线进行落棒试验,研究不同纵向流和横向流以及错位和变形对落棒时间的影响,并用高速摄像图像处理技术获得落棒行程速度曲线。试验结果表明,纵向流量是影响驱动线落棒时间的主要因素;在本试验范围内横向流以及部件的错位变形对AP1000控制棒驱动线落棒时间的影响都较为有限。
A set of full-scale AP1000 control rod drive line was used to carry out the drop test. The effects of different longitudinal flow and transverse flow, dislocation and deformation on falling time were studied. The falling speed curve was obtained by high-speed camera image processing technology. The test results show that the longitudinal flow rate is the main factor affecting the drop-off time of the drive wire. In the experimental range, the transverse flow and the misalignment of the components have a limited impact on the drop-stick time of the AP1000 rod drive wire.
