为了配合现场生产优质硅钢及深冲08Al钢,近年来我们从化学分析,仪器分析、求系数法等几个方面对测定微量铝的方法进行了研究。在化学法中主要研究了络合缓冲体系一铬天青S(CAS)直接光度法及CAS—溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)胶束增溶分光光度法,分析下限可达0.001%甚至更低。同时为了提高分析速度,对Zn-EDTA,CAS法作了部分改进,使测定酸溶铝(A1s)的时间缩短至15分钟以内。在仪器分析法中,主要研究了电感耦合等离子光源发射光谱法及火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定下限可达0.001%。宣读光
In order to cooperate with on-site production of high-quality silicon steel and deep-drawn 08Al steel, in recent years, we have studied the method of measuring trace aluminum from several aspects such as chemical analysis, instrument analysis and coefficient-seeking method. In the chemical method, the complexation buffer system-chrome azure S (CAS) direct spectrophotometry and CAS-CTMAB micellar solubilization spectrophotometry were studied. The lower limit of analysis 0.001% or even lower. At the same time, in order to improve the speed of analysis, some improvements have been made to the Zn-EDTA and CAS methods to shorten the time of measuring A1s to less than 15 minutes.
