分析了城市火灾影响因素,介绍了基于BP人工神经网络评价理论。结合某城市影响消防系统水平的各个因素,提出了一套评价指标体系,给出了城市消防系统防与消的综合评价方法,并且可以为城市消防系统的灭火救援水平能力进行打分评价,最后得到城市消防系统整体水平分区。
The influencing factors of urban fire are analyzed, and the evaluation theory based on BP artificial neural network is introduced. A set of evaluation index system is put forward based on various factors that affect the level of fire protection system in a city. A comprehensive evaluation method for fire prevention and elimination of urban fire protection system is given, and the fire fighting and rescue capability of urban fire protection system can be scored and evaluated. Finally, Urban fire protection system as a whole horizontal partition.
