目的探讨急性脑卒中早期综合康复治疗对运动功能及日常生活活动能力恢复的影响。方法随机选择治疗组和对照组共60例患者,并对治疗组采用规范化康复治疗(两组均用常规药物治疗)。于治疗前后利用简化Fugl-Meyer评分法和Barthel指数评定两组患者运动功能障碍和日常生活活动(ADL)能力。结果治疗前两组Fugl-Meyer值及Barthel指数积分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后(2周和4周),康复治疗组Fugl-Meyer值及Barthel指数积分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经治疗康复组运动功能明显改善,33%恢复达轻~中度运动障碍,20%为明显运动障碍,6%为严重运动障碍,对照组仅20%恢复达轻~中度运动障碍,60%为明显运动障碍,20%为严重运动障碍,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复能明显地改善急性脑卒中患者的运动功能,提高生命质量。 Objective To investigate the effects of early comprehensive rehabilitation of acute stroke on recovery of motor function and activities of daily living. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly selected from the treatment group and the control group, and the patients in the treatment group were given standardized rehabilitation treatment (both groups were treated with conventional drugs). Before and after treatment, the simplified Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index were used to assess motor dysfunction and daily living activity (ADL). Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index of the two groups before treatment were similar (P> 0.05). After treatment (2 weeks and 4 weeks), the scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index in rehabilitation group were significantly higher In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). After treatment, the motor function of the rehabilitation group was significantly improved, with 33% recovering from mild to moderate dyskinesia, 20% significant movement disorders, 6% severe dyskinesia, and only 20% in the control group recovered to mild to moderate dyskinesia and 60% Obvious dyskinesia, 20% of severe dyskinesia, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation can significantly improve the motor function of acute stroke patients and improve the quality of life.
