目的 :为了观察七氟醚对颅内压的影响。方法 :选择 2 4例颅内肿瘤病人 ,测定七氟醚麻醉时颅内压变化并与异氟醚和安氟醚进行比较。术前用药、麻醉诱导及维持的静脉用药相同。于L3~ 4穿刺蛛网膜下腔测脑脊液压 (代表颅内压 ,ICP)。依吸入药不同随机分为七氟醚 (S)组、异氟醚 (I)组和安氟醚 (E)组 ,监测BP、MAP、ECG、SpO2 、PETCO2 和MAC ,调整VT 和RR使PaCO2 维持在 4~ 4 66kPa。三组病人分别吸入三种醚 0 5、1 0和 1 5MAC时在钻颅孔前记录ICP。结果 :三组病人麻醉前ICP差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ;三组间相同MAC时的ICP比较亦差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ;每组内不同MAC时ICP比较及与麻醉前比较差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :七氟醚影响颅内压不明显 ,是神经外科麻醉的良好选择
Objective: To observe the effect of sevoflurane on intracranial pressure. Methods: Twenty-four patients with intracranial tumors were enrolled in this study. The changes of intracranial pressure during sevoflurane anesthesia were measured and compared with isoflurane and enflurane. Preoperative medication, anesthesia induction and maintenance of intravenous medication the same. The L3 ~ 4 puncture subarachnoid cerebrospinal fluid pressure (on behalf of intracranial pressure, ICP). According to the different inhaled drugs, they were randomly divided into sevoflurane (S) group, isoflurane (I) group and enflurane (E) group. BP, MAP, ECG, SpO2, PETCO2 and MAC were monitored. Maintained at 4 ~ 4 66kPa. Three groups of patients recorded inhalation of three ethers 0 5,1 0 and 1 5 MAC when cranial cranial holes recorded ICP. Results: There was no significant difference in ICP between the three groups before anesthesia (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in ICP between the three groups (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference between before and after anesthesia (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Sevoflurane has no obvious effect on intracranial pressure and is a good choice for neurosurgical anesthesia
