目的探讨LEEP刀手术与微波疗法治疗宫颈炎患者的临床效果比较。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月辽阳襄平医院收治的宫颈炎患者164例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组82例。研究组患者采用LEEP刀手术治疗,对照组患者采用微波疗法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及手术情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为100.0%,对照组为85.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率为3.7%,对照组为9.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的手术时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组少,糜烂面消除时间较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组患者的阴道流液量及阴道出血量均较对照组少,月经期出血量较对照组多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈炎的发病原因与患者不注重生殖系统卫生直接相关,通过LEEP刀手术疗法治疗效果显著,安全性更高,恢复效果好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of LEEP knife surgery and microwave therapy in patients with cervicitis. Methods A total of 164 patients with cervicitis admitted from January 2013 to January 2015 in Liaoyang Xiangping Hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 82 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were treated with LEEP, while those in the control group were treated with microwave therapy. The therapeutic effect and operation of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment was 100.0% in the study group and 85.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.7% and that in the control group was 9.8% (P0.05). The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group. The amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group. The elimination time of the erosion surface was shorter than that of the control group (all P <0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the patients in the study group had less vaginal fluid and vaginal bleeding than those in the control group, and had more menstrual bleeding than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The causes of cervicitis are not directly related to the patients’ lack of attention to reproductive system hygiene. The therapeutic effect of LEEP knife surgery is remarkable, the safety is higher and the recovery effect is good.
