塑料管道切削装置是 ZHD630型煤矿井下塑料管道焊接装置的重要组成部分,对焊接质量起着决定性的作用,本文详细介绍了其工作原理、设计方法及切削的安全性。通过井下工业性试验表明,切削装置具有切削速度稳定、切削端面光滑及安全可靠等特点,完全能够满足瓦斯塑料管道端面热熔对接焊的需要。
Plastic pipe cutting device is ZHD630 underground coal mine plastic pipe welding device is an important part of the quality of the welding plays a decisive role, this paper describes in detail its working principle, design methods and cutting safety. The downhole industrial tests show that the cutting device has the characteristics of stable cutting speed, smooth cutting end face and safe and reliable, which can fully meet the need of hot melt butt welding of gas plastic pipe end faces.
