国产KW4型空气断路器为具有斜拉杆、灭弧室瓷套的布置不对称的结构。对该断路器的地震反应的分析需要采用合理的力学模型和适宜的计算方法。 本文通过测量和计算分析,提出KW4型断路器较合理的力学模型,确定了力学参数,应用有限元结构分析程序进行了多种结构型式的固有振动的计算以及对典型地震波和正弦波的反应的计算和反应谱分析。且通过对断路器自由振动的磁带记录作快速傅里叶分析,实测断路器的固有频率。固有频率计算值与实测值符合得很好。 本文通过对结构计算结果的比较稻分析,得出结论:贮气筒支承具有明显的减震作用,而瓷绝缘子拉杆的设置对断路器的抗震具有影响。
The homemade KW4 type air circuit breaker is an asymmetrically arranged structure having a diagonal pull rod and an arc extinguishing chamber porcelain sleeve. The analysis of the seismic response to this circuit breaker requires the use of a reasonable mechanical model and a suitable calculation method. In this paper, a more reasonable mechanical model of the KW4 type circuit breaker is proposed through measurement and calculation analysis. The mechanical parameters are determined. The finite element analysis program is used to calculate the natural vibration of various structural types and the response to typical seismic waves and sine waves. Calculation and response spectrum analysis. And through the fast Fourier analysis of the tape recording of the free vibration of the circuit breaker, the natural frequency of the circuit breaker is measured. The calculated value of the natural frequency agrees well with the measured value. In this paper, through the comparison of the results of structural calculations, it is concluded that the air reservoir support has a significant damping effect, and the setting of the porcelain insulator tie rod has an impact on the anti-seismic effect of the circuit breaker.
