以盐敏感荞麦品种TQ-0808为试验材料,采用NaCl及分别添加不同浓度ABA和乙烯利对其进行处理,测定荞麦耐盐生理指标,研究ABA和乙烯利对荞麦幼苗耐盐性的效应。结果表明,适当浓度的ABA和乙烯利能显著降低盐胁迫下荞麦叶片质膜透性和MDA含量,适当浓度的ABA和乙烯利还能显著增加盐胁迫下荞麦叶片SOD活性和净光合速率。说明ABA和乙烯利可以明显改善盐胁迫下荞麦幼苗的生理特性,特别是20μmol/L ABA和1.5 mmol/L乙烯利对荞麦幼苗盐胁迫的缓解作用最好,且ABA的作用效果优于乙烯利。
Salt-sensitive buckwheat cultivar TQ-0808 was used as experimental material, NaCl and different concentrations of ABA and ethephon were respectively used to treat the salt-tolerance buckwheat cultivar TQ-0808. Salt tolerance of buckwheat seedlings was measured by ABA and ethephon. The results showed that appropriate concentrations of ABA and ethephon significantly reduced the membrane permeability and MDA content of buckwheat leaves under salt stress. Appropriate concentrations of ABA and ethephon also significantly increased the SOD activity and net photosynthetic rate of buckwheat leaves under salt stress. ABA and ethephon could significantly improve the physiological characteristics of buckwheat seedlings under salt stress, especially 20μmol / L ABA and 1.5 mmol / L ethephon to relieve the salt stress of buckwheat seedlings the best, and the effect of ABA is better than ethephon .
