高速铁路作为人类生存和发展所必须进行的建设活动,会对周围环境产生直接或间接的影响,如水土流失、生态平衡失调、气候异常等。为了减少上述不利影响,必须在充分考虑工程与环境相互影响、工程实施与环境资源开发、环境与经济相统一的基础上,进行建设规划。本文从社会经济、地质水文、生态方面介绍了高速铁路建设对环境的影响,提出了进行沿线景观规划,以减少高速铁路建设对环境的影响,列举了高速铁路的景观环境规划应注意的原则与规划设计方法,并具体说明了路面、线形、沿线构造物、附属设施及沿途绿化的景观规划。
