滑槽制动梁滚轴裂纹、折断问题,部里十分重视,是部(79)铁辆字1640号文“关于(1980年)货车段修三项加修改造的通知”中的一项,指出“滑槽式制动梁滚轴直径原型小于φ36的,全更换为QCZ3—13_(-右6)~(-左8)闸瓦托及材质为A5或45号钢的φ36、长160、图号QCZ3—13—03A的滚轴”。文中还对滚轴焊接工艺提出了具体的要求。尽管如此,个别单位仍对此认识不足,未按部文要求进行改造,致使滚轴裂纹、折断现象仍然不断出现。为此,本刊特发表两篇有关这方面问题的文章,希望引起有关部门和职工的重视,以杜绝此类事故的发生。

In spite of this, individual units still do not have enough understanding of this and they did not make any alterations required by the texts. As a result, roller cracks and breakages are still emerging. To this end, we have published two articles on this issue, hoping to draw the attention of relevant departments and workers in order to eliminate such accidents.
