Boston, USA: Doctors say sex hormones reduce bleeding in hemophiliacs and reduce accusations of blood transfusions and the spread of AIDS and other diseases due to blood transfusions. Two preliminary studies reported on “New EnglJ Med” show that a male sex hormone, androgens, increases blood-contributing ingredients that help to clot.
