小学教师的自觉革命运动,已在南京、常州、南通、无锡、泰州、扬州等城市展开。最近,笔者访问了南京市长江路小学。该校教师认识到,兴无必须灭资,大立必须大破,在通往又红又专的道路上,一定要向严重的障碍物--资产阶级个人主义作坚决的斗争。他们在提高认识的基础上,开始以大字报的形式,自觉地勇敢地揭露自己的形形色色的个人主义思想。有些教师暴露自己存在着严重的追求个人名利的思想,不安于小教岗位,错误地认为小学教师是最没有出息和前途的人。一位女教师这样说,
