In this paper, 56 cases of sudden deaf patients general information, life events, depression scale assessment and hemorheological testing found that 24 patients with sudden deafness there are varying degrees of depression symptoms, the incidence of depression 42 8% , Significantly higher than the control group 13 1% (P <0 01). The indexes of hemorheology in patients were significantly higher than those in control group, and the function of platelet aggregation in patients with severe depression was enhanced (P <001). Suggesting that depression can increase the rate of platelet aggregation; as a negative factor, depression and hemorheology abnormalities have a significant impact on the occurrence and development of sudden deafness.
