由中国纺织工业协会主办,中国国际贸易促进委员会纺织行业分会、中国纺织信息中心和法兰克福展览(香港)有限公司联合承办的中国国际纺织面料及辅料(春夏)博览会(intertextile BEIJING),每年3月登陆北京,至今已举办了13届,并已经成为我国北方规模最大、影响最广、享誉业界的品牌展会。加上同期举办的中国国际纺织纱线展览会(Yarn Expo Spring)和中国国际服装服饰博览会(CHIC),使北京的3月被誉为“纺织展会金三月”。可就在这明媚的“金三月”,已连续两年出现“小展会“”搭车”品牌展会,让展商上当受骗并招致展商投诉的“闹剧”。这种傍“名牌”的做法不仅严重侵犯了主办方中国纺织工业协会的权益,违反了《反不正当竞争法》有关规定,同时也给参展商带来了重大利益损失。
Organized by the China Textile Industry Association, China International Trade Promotion Committee of the textile industry branch, the China Textile Information Center and the Frankfurt Exhibition (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. jointly organized by the China International Textiles and Accessories (spring and summer) Fair (intertextile BEIJING), March each year Landed in Beijing, has been held for the 13th, and has become the largest in North China, the most influential, renowned brand exhibition industry. Together with the Yarn Expo Spring and the China International Clothing and Accessories Fair (CHIC) held in the same period, Beijing’s March was hailed as “Textile Exhibition March.” May this bright “Golden March”, for two consecutive years there have been “small show” “ride” brand exhibition, so that exhibitors cheated and incur exhibitor complaints “farce.” This kind of “famous brand” approach not only seriously infringed the rights and interests of the organizer, China Textile Industry Association, violating the relevant provisions of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, but also brought significant loss of profits to the exhibitors.
