近年来,产融结合成为我国企业集团迅速扩张的一种首选发展模式。它为实体企业的发展注入源源不断的资金,极大地提高了企业集团的市场竞争力,为企业集团的做大做强提供了资金保障和财务支持。然而,产融结合所带来的一系列风险也不容忽视,德隆、农凯、托普等企业集团相继发生的财务危机,提示我们产融结合带来的风险需要我们密切防范。本文从风险管理角度出发,分析产融结合可能带来的主要风险,并就风险提出相应防范措施。
In recent years, the combination of industry and finance has become the preferred mode of development for the rapid expansion of China’s enterprise groups. It injects a steady flow of funds into the development of the real enterprise, greatly improves the market competitiveness of the enterprise groups and provides financial support and financial support for the bigger and stronger enterprise groups. However, a series of risks arising from the combination of industry and finance can not be ignored. The financial crises that have taken place successively by groups such as Delong, Nongkai, Toprop suggest that the risks arising from the combination of industry and finance require close guard. From the perspective of risk management, this article analyzes the main risks that may arise from the combination of industry and finance, and puts forward appropriate precautionary measures on the risks.
