目的了解贵阳市和都匀市居民保健食品的基本消费情况,对比两城市居民保健食品KAP(知信行)差异。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法抽取贵阳市和都匀市共2 342人进行问卷调查。结果贵阳市居民保健食品知识、态度总平均分分别为(9.33±4.67)、(4.27±2.29),都匀市居民保健食品知识、态度总平均分分别为(8.44±4.01)、(3.78±2.30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);贵阳市居民每月用于保健食品支付费用超过500元的人均多于都匀市居民,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两城市居民对保健食品的广告宣传信任度低;两城市保健食品种类消费排名前四位是增强免疫力、膳食补充剂、改善睡眠、辅助降血脂;结论两城市居民对保健食品知识的掌握情况较差,相关部门应普及保健食品知识,加强监督管理媒体广告宣传,同时应开发食物形态的产品。
Objective To understand the basic consumption of health food products by residents in Guiyang and Duyun and to compare the difference between KAP (Zhixinhang) health food products in two cities. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to sample 2 342 people in Guiyang and Duyun for questionnaire survey. Results The average scores of health food knowledge and attitudes in Guiyang were (9.33 ± 4.67) and (4.27 ± 2.29), respectively. The average scores of knowledge and attitudes of health food in residents in Duyun were (8.44 ± 4.01) and (3.78 ± 2.30 ), The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Guiyang residents per month for health food to pay more than 500 yuan per capita than Duyun residents, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); two urban residents The trust of health food advertising was low; the top four consumer health food categories in the two cities ranked the top four in terms of enhancing immunity and dietary supplements, improving sleep, and aiding in the lowering of blood fat. Conclusion The knowledge of health food in two urban residents was poor, Relevant departments should popularize the knowledge of health food, strengthen supervision and management of media advertising, and at the same time, develop products in the form of food.
