无灰型燃油节能剂既能节能和消除碳烟,又不会造成二次污染,是燃油节能剂发展的必然趋势。开发一种不含金属元素,汽油和柴油通用,具有减污节能功效的FA-1无灰通用型燃油节能剂。研究表明,FA-1的最佳用量为0.1%(v),发动机台架试验节油率4.7%,道路行车试验平均节油率15%~20%(新车≮10%);还具有助燃、消烟、减少HC和CO排放、除积炭、降低发动机噪音和提高机械动力等功能。在对试验结果进行理论分析基础上,提出了FA-1节能剂改善燃油雾化质量和与氧发生三分子生链反应的作用机理。
