[目的]为进一步研发化合物ZJ3757提供依据,加快其产业化。[方法]采用湿法超微粉碎法,对20%ZJ3757悬浮剂进行研制,并通过田间药效试验,测试了其对几种鳞翅目害虫的田间防效。[结果]获得了理化性能优良的20%ZJ3757悬浮剂配方,药后7 d的田间药效试验结果表明:在3.75~15 g a.i./hm2试验剂量下,20%ZJ3757悬浮剂对几种鳞翅目害虫的田间防效为95.95%~100%。[结论]ZJ3757适合加工成悬浮剂,加工设备和工艺简单,对鳞翅目害虫具有很好的防效。
[Objective] To provide basis for further research and development of compound ZJ3757 and accelerate its industrialization. [Method] The 20% ZJ3757 suspending agent was developed by wet micronization method. The field efficacy of several kinds of Lepidoptera pests was tested by field efficacy test. [Result] The 20% ZJ3757 suspension formulation with excellent physical and chemical properties was obtained. The field efficacy test results after 7 days showed that 20% ZJ3757 suspending agent was effective against several Lepidoptera at leaching time of 3.75-15 g ai / hm2. Head pest control effect in the field was 95.95% ~ 100%. [Conclusion] ZJ3757 was suitable for processing into suspending agent. Its processing equipment and process were simple and had good control effect on lepidopteran pests.
