一、概述快速测定水泥的活性对于保证混凝土质量,节约水泥具有重大意义。以标准养护28天龄期的水泥胶砂强度来评定水泥活性的方法,远不能适应现代化建设的需要。多年来,快速测定水泥胶砂强度的研究,已成为国内外普遍重视的课题之一。迄今为止,水泥活性快速测定方法已有很多种,如8cm~2圆柱体试验法[1]、55℃湿热法(约24小时)[2]、水泥活性测定方法的苏联专利[3]等。这些方法各具特点,但一般存在设备比较复杂、操作不方便、试验时间过长等问题。

Over the years, the rapid determination of the strength of cement mortar research has become one of the topics of widespread attention at home and abroad. So far, there have been many methods for the rapid determination of cement activity, such as the 8cm ~ 2 cylinder test [1], the 55 ℃ damp heat method (about 24 hours) [2] and the Soviet patent [3] for cement activity determination. These methods have their own characteristics, but generally there are more complicated equipment, inconvenient operation, long test time and other issues.
