慈利县是武陵山区的贫困县之一,共有水面171129亩,可养殖水面43414亩。如何充分利用这些水面发展水产商品,成为山区人民尽快脱贫致富的生产项目之一。笔者根据近几年的实践工作,对山丘区发展流水养鱼、网箱养鱼作以下几点浅析: 一、流水养鱼、网箱养鱼需要的大批量优质大规格鱼种,可由稻田养鱼、社员家庭坑凼养鱼提供。近年来,全县每年稻田养鱼面积31500亩,占可养面积的26.3％,年生产草鱼种1100多万尾,除满足部分山塘、水库养鱼所需鱼种外,还有足够的草鱼种供应流水养鱼、网箱养鱼。这就形成了稻田养鱼、社员家庭坑凼养鱼、山塘、水库、流水、网箱养鱼配套生产模式。
