首次利用GaAs光电导开关构成的反馈回路,正、负反馈联合作用,动态控制Nd:YLF被动锁模激光器腔内的Q值,得到高能量、长序列的稳态锁模脉冲.稳态单脉冲的脉宽为4ps,能量为9μJ,脉冲序列长16μs,能量为2.5mJ.
For the first time, a feedback loop composed of GaAs photoconductive switches is used to control the Q value of the Nd: YLF passive mode-locked laser cavity dynamically by the combined action of positive and negative feedback to obtain a high-energy long sequence of mode-locked pulses. The steady-state single pulse has a pulse width of 4 ps, an energy of 9 μJ, a pulse sequence of 16 μs and an energy of 2.5 mJ.
