本文着重讨论钒对ZG35CrMo铸钢的铸造工艺性能、组织和机械性能的影响及对铸件使用寿命的作用。叙述了通过选择合适的钒含量及采用相应的热处理工艺,使其具有良好的耐磨性和综合机械性能。简述了矿山WK—4m~4电铲零件(主动轮、支轮和拉紧轮)采用ZG35CrMoV材质的工业性生产试验和装机使用试验,结果表明:铸件的耐磨性和抗压溃性明显高于ZG35CrMo铸件。使用寿命提高了18.9~20%,取得了较好的技术经济效果。
This article focuses on the impact of vanadium on the casting process performance, microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG35CrMo cast steel and its effect on the service life of castings. Described by selecting the appropriate content of vanadium and the corresponding heat treatment process, it has good wear resistance and overall mechanical properties. The industrial production test and installed use test of ZG35CrMoV material for the WK-4m ~ 4 electric shovel parts (driving wheel, pulleys and tensioning wheels) are briefly described. The results show that the wear resistance and crush resistance of the castings are obvious Higher than ZG35CrMo castings. Life expectancy increased 18.9 ~ 20%, and achieved good technical and economic results.
