当对家长进行育儿指导时,许多教师主要借助亲子活动对家长进行育儿观念、育儿知识以及育儿方式的传递,这类活动我们称为“早教指导活动”。早教教师要解读孩子、解读家长、解读亲子关系,指导家长把握孩子发展规律,这是有效开展早教指导活动的关键。目前我省早教教师在观察、指导0~3岁婴幼儿方面经验不足,在实时与家长互动并给予帮助等方面存在困难,因此教师要不断调整自己在早教指导活动中的策略。
When parents give parenting guidance, many teachers mainly use their parent-child activities to convey their parental concept of parenting, parenting knowledge and ways of parenting. Such activities are called “early education guidance activities.” Educators should interpret their children, interpret their parents, interpret their parent-child relationship, and guide parents to grasp the law of children’s development. This is the key to effectively carrying out the early education guidance activities. At present, teachers of early childhood education in our province lack of experience in observing and guiding infants and young children aged 0-3 and difficulties in interacting with and providing assistance to parents in real time. Therefore, teachers should constantly adjust their strategies in early education guidance activities.
