分析了钢渣原材料的化学成分和物理性能,钢渣在沥青混合料中可以作为粗骨料使用。根据钢渣的颗粒形状及其粒径分布规律,以及钢渣与石灰石的掺配部位及比例的不同,设计了基于AC-25C型和AC-13C级配的钢渣沥青混合料的配合比。铺筑了武汉东湖高新技术园区光谷四路钢渣沥青混凝土试验段,检测结果优于采用天然石料的同结构沥青路面,充分证明了钢渣在沥青路面面层应用的可行性,同时也保证了该钢渣沥青路面的耐久性和良好的抗水损害性能。表明钢渣沥青混凝土用于城市道路前景广阔。但集料的生产要求具有棱角性,灰分要求控制在1%以下,建议对生产线进行改造以满足要求。
The chemical composition and physical properties of steel slag are analyzed. Steel slag can be used as coarse aggregate in asphalt mixture. According to the particle shape and particle size distribution rules of steel slag and the different blending sites and proportions of steel slag and limestone, the mix proportion of steel slag asphalt mixture based on AC-25C and AC-13C grading was designed. Paving Wuhan Optics Valley Fourth Road, Wuhan East Lake High-tech Park Steel Slag asphalt concrete test section, the test results better than the same structure with natural stone asphalt pavement, fully proved the feasibility of steel slag in the asphalt pavement application, but also to ensure that the Steel slag asphalt pavement durability and good water damage resistance. It shows that steel slag asphalt concrete has a bright future for urban roads. However, the aggregate production requirements are angular, ash requirements of less than 1% control, it is recommended to transform the production line to meet the requirements.
