OK-432 is a lyophilized bacterial powder made by treating human hemolytic streptococci with penicillin and is a well known cytotoxicity-inducing agent for NK cells and T cells. The authors studied the effect of OK-432 on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). METHODS: C_(57)BL/6 female mice bearing MC-38 adenocarcinoma were used as experimental animals, and each group of 3 mice was a total of two groups.
