日本农水省定出一个五年计划,将研制一种能应用于食品领域中的生物传感器,该技术的开发是利用生物能识别分子的这一功能。该计划热衷于研究:测量微生物量时,产品质量的管理;测量项目的检查是在进行味觉、成熟程度等试验中进行研究;研究控制功能性食品成分的代谢。
Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture set a five-year plan to develop a biosensor that can be used in the food industry. The technology was developed to take advantage of the function of bioenergetic molecules. The program is passionate about research into the management of product quality in the measurement of microbial biomass, the testing of measurement items in tests of taste, maturity, and the like, and the study of the control of the metabolism of functional food ingredients.
