社会主义新农村建设与中国社会主义现代化建设过程同步而行,也是河北省“建设沿海经济社会发展强省”目标的重要内容。社会主义新农村建设是一个系统工程,必须对新农村建设的支撑点和难点有一个全面的认识,并在实践中把握好推进新农村建设的着力点。
The building of a new socialist countryside runs in step with the process of China’s socialist modernization and is an important part of the goal of “building a strong province for economic and social development in the coastal areas” of Hebei Province. The construction of a new socialist countryside is a systematic project. We must have a comprehensive understanding of the supporting points and difficulties in building a new socialist countryside and grasp in a practical way the key points for promoting the building of a new socialist countryside.
