自1989年3月至1990年6月我们采用中剂量丝裂霉素联合优福定治疗晚期胃癌17例,兹报告如下。男15例,女2例,年龄39～76岁,中位57岁。本组病例均经病理或/和细胞学证实的晚期胃癌,其中根治术后复发4例,非根治术后6例,不能手术7例。全部病例均有可测量的肿块(原发灶或/和转移灶),能客观判断疗效。原发部位:贲门癌2例,胃体癌6例,胃窦癌9例。病理类型:腺癌12例,粘液腺癌4例,低分化腺癌1例。结果:完全缓解1例,部分缓解8例,稳定7例,
From March 1989 to June 1990, we used mid-dose mitomycin and Ufuda in the treatment of 17 cases of advanced gastric cancer, which are reported below. There were 15 males and 2 females, aged 39-76 years, with a median age of 57 years. This group of patients were pathological or / and cytological confirmed advanced gastric cancer, including recurrence after radical resection in 4 cases, 6 cases after non- radical surgery, 7 cases can not be operated. All cases have measurable masses (primary or metastases) that can objectively determine the efficacy. Primary sites: 2 cases of cardiac cancer, 6 cases of gastric cancer, and 9 cases of gastric cancer. Pathological types: 12 cases of adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma, and 1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Results: Complete remission in 1 case, partial remission in 8 cases, stable in 7 cases,
