在多序列比对中由于解决的问题复杂,采取提高单个处理器的运算速度和采用传统的计算技术已难以胜任。本文介绍了多序列比对CLUSTAL W算法和CLUSTAL W中两序列比对的并行化思想及在MPI中实现。
Due to the complexity of the problem being solved in multiple alignment, it has been difficult to improve the computational speed of a single processor and to use traditional computational techniques. This article describes the parallelism of the multiple sequence alignment CLUSTAL W algorithm and the alignment of two sequences in CLUSTAL W and their implementation in MPI.
