目的:观察防己黄芪汤对高脂饲养大鼠胰岛素抵抗脂代谢紊乱的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组和高脂饲养组,分别予以普通饲料和高脂饲料饲养。造模12周后将高脂饲养组随机分为模型组、西药组(吡格列酮)、中药组(防己黄芪汤),予以高胰岛素正葡萄糖钳夹技术检测各组大鼠葡萄糖输注率(GIR)。干预2周后检测测定甘油三酯(TC)、胆固醇(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及游离脂肪酸(FFA)的含量。结果:模型组GIR、HDL明显降低(P<0.01),TC、Tg,LDL、FFA明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治疗后中药组GIR、HDL明显升高(P<0.01),TC、TG,LDL、FFA明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:防己黄芪汤可以提高高脂饲养大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,改善脂质代谢紊乱。
Objective: To observe the anti-Jihuangqi decoction on lipid metabolism in rats fed with insulin resistance disorder. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and high fat diet group, fed with normal diet and high fat diet respectively. The rats in high fat diet group were randomly divided into model group, western medicine group (pioglitazone) and traditional Chinese medicine group (anti-Jihuangqi Decoction) after 12 weeks of modeling. Glucose infusion rate (GIR) . Two weeks after the intervention, triglyceride (TC), cholesterol (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and free fatty acid (FFA) were measured. Results: Compared with model group, GIR and HDL in model group were significantly lower (P <0.01), TC, Tg, LDL and FFA were significantly higher (P <0.01) ), TC, TG, LDL, FFA were significantly lower (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Fang Ji Huangqi Decoction can improve the insulin sensitivity of rats fed with high fat, improve lipid metabolism disorders.
