复方多虑平有较强的抗组胺作用,对由组胺介导的过敏性疾患疗效显著,显效率70.2％,总有效率96.1％。实验研究表明,复方多虑平对中枢神经系统的抑制作用类似其它H_1阻断药。
Multi-anxiety compound has a strong anti-histamine effect, histamine-mediated allergic disorders significant effect, markedly effective rate of 70.2%, the total efficiency of 96.1%. Experimental studies have shown that compound doxepin on the central nervous system inhibition similar to other H_1 blockers.
