低氧(营养液通入95%N2+5%CO2)可收缩离体猪冠状动脉。氧化氮(NO)供体SIN—10.1、1和10μmol·L-1可浓度依赖性地抑制低氧收缩作用。钙通道阻断剂维拉帕米(Verapamil)0.1和1μmol·L-1亦可浓度依赖性地抑制低氧收缩离体猪冠脉的作用。
Hypoxia (nutrient solution with 95% N2 + 5% CO2) can contracted isolated porcine coronary arteries. Nitric oxide (NO) donors SIN-10.1, 1 and 10 μmol·L-1 inhibited hypoxia-induced contraction in a concentration-dependent manner. The calcium channel blockers Verapamil 0.1 and 1 μmol·L-1 also inhibited the hypoxia-contracting porcine coronary artery in a concentration-dependent manner.
