In order to quantitatively study dose partitioning and transformation of carcinogenesis during low-dose irradiation, the authors used C3H10T 1/2 c18 mouse embryonic cell lines established by Rezoikoff et al. as experimental materials. The dose-segmentation effect from single dose to multiple low-dose irradiation in the range of 30-800 rad X-ray irradiation was studied. Culture of Mouse Embryonic Cell Lines
