本文介绍了一种利用脉宽调制工作在固定转换频率和零电压为特性的半桥式直流变换器。提供了工作原理、理论分析、设计过程和例子,以及实验结果。实验证明,所推荐的变换器不采用谐振的办法将功率传送到负载,它不会受到电压应力的影响,作为一个普通脉宽调制变换器而被激励,只要不用隔离变压器,它适合于低直流电压变换比的应用。两台实验样机,一台有隔离输出端,另一台有非隔离输出端,都成功地得以实现了,前一种的输入电压300V,转换频率100KHz、输出功率500W,效率82.5%。
This paper presents a half-bridge DC-DC converter that uses pulse width modulation to operate at a fixed conversion frequency and zero voltage. Provides the working principle, theoretical analysis, design process and examples, as well as experimental results. Experiments show that the proposed converter does not use resonant method to deliver power to the load. It is not affected by voltage stress and is excited as an ordinary PWM converter. As long as no isolation transformer is needed, it is suitable for low DC Application of voltage conversion ratio. Two experimental prototypes, one with isolated output, the other with non-isolated output, have been successfully achieved, the former a 300V input voltage, the conversion frequency of 100KHz, the output power of 500W, the efficiency of 82.5%.
