在中学校园中,学校委托部分教师以班级为单位对学生进行教育和管理,这样的教师被称为班主任,班主任是我国基础教育的特色组织,全面负责班级管理工作,作为班级活动的组织者,对班级内的一切项目实行领导和管理。相比于其他科任教师,班主任与学生之间的交往更加频繁,对学生各方面影响也更大,在班级管理中,班主任自身的人格魅力对班级管理工作开展起着巨大作用。当前形势下,高中班主任应牢固树立以人为本的教育理念,深刻认识班级管理工作的重要性,加大管理力度,注重管理实效。
