目的:建立生活饮用水中铁含量的火焰原子吸收直接测定的方法。方法:水样加入La2O3做基体改进剂,优化仪器条件,直接将水样导入火焰原子吸收仪测定Fe含量。结果:该法线性范围为0.00 mg/L~2.00 mg/L,相关系数(r)为0.99962,方法加标回收率为96%~105%,RSD(%)为0.47%~1.85%,检出限为0.026 mg/L。结论:该法操作简单,检出限低,精密度良好,准确度可靠。
Objective: To establish a direct method for the determination of iron content in drinking water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: La2O3 was added as a matrix modifier to the water sample to optimize the instrument conditions. The water sample was directly introduced into the flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the Fe content. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.00 mg / L to 2.00 mg / L with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.99962. The recoveries were 96% -105% with RSDs of 0.47% -1.85% Limit is 0.026 mg / L. Conclusion: The method is simple, low detection limit, good precision, accuracy and reliability.
