目的评价主动固定螺旋电极在右室流出道间隔部起搏应用中的可行性和安全性。方法选择15例有心脏起搏适应证的患者采用主动固定电极行右室流出道间隔部起搏,观察电极置入时间、X线曝光时间、心电图QRS波宽度及起搏阈值、感知、阻抗等,术后1、3个月随访测定起搏阈值、感知、阻抗,观察有无电极脱位及相关并发症。结果记录置入时间为(16.33±4.56)min,X线曝光时间为(11.2±4.5)min,起搏阈值为(0.82±0.19)V,感知为(12.68±3.05)mV,阻抗为(990±0.146)Ω,起搏的QRS波时限为(0.15±0.03)s。随访起搏阈值、感知、阻抗稳定,未见电极脱位等并发症。结论主动固定螺旋电极在右室流出道间隔部起搏中的应用是可行和稳定的。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of active helical screw in the pacing of right ventricular outflow tract septum. Methods Fifteen patients with cardiac pacing indications were treated with active fixed electrode right ventricular outflow tract septal pacing, and observed the placement time, X-ray exposure time, ECG QRS width and pacing threshold, perception, impedance, etc. Thirty-three months after operation, the pacing threshold, sensory and impedance were measured. Electrode dislocation and related complications were observed. Results The recording time was (16.33 ± 4.56) min, the time of X-ray exposure was (11.2 ± 4.5) min, the pacing threshold was (0.82 ± 0.19) V, the sensation was (12.68 ± 3.05) mV and the impedance was (990 ± 0.146) Ω, pacing QRS wave duration (0.15 ± 0.03) s. Follow-up pacing threshold, perception, impedance stability, no electrode dislocation and other complications. Conclusion The application of active fixation spiral electrodes in right ventricular outflow tract pacing is feasible and stable.
