目的:探讨济生素增强细胞抗氧化能力的作用机理。方法:将雄性、雌性大鼠分为济生素小、中、大剂量组及红参、生理盐水对照组5组,每次1 0 ml灌胃给药,1次/d,连续2 8d后,测定大鼠血清中睾酮、雌二醇和超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)含量变化。结果:与生理盐水对照组比较,大鼠血清中睾酮、雌二醇、SOD含量均有显著提高( P<0 .0 5 )。结论:济生素具有增强大鼠内分泌功能和提高机体酶免疫活性的功能,可提高血清中睾酮、雌二醇水平和SOD含量来增强细胞的抗氧化能力,发挥其抗衰老作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of enhancing the anti-oxidative ability of cells by jinshengsu. METHODS: Male and female rats were divided into small, medium and high dose Jinshengsu groups, red ginseng and normal saline control groups. Each group received 10 ml of intragastric administration once per day for 2 days. , Determination of testosterone, estradiol and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content in rat serum. RESULTS: Compared with saline control group, serum testosterone, estradiol, and SOD levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jinshengsu has the function of enhancing the endocrine function of rats and improving the enzyme activity of the body. It can increase the level of testosterone, estradiol and SOD in serum to enhance the antioxidant capacity of cells and exert its anti-aging effects.
