传统企业战略的研究延续经济学分析的范式,强调了决策者的绝对理性而忽视了个体差异,随着战略决策选派的崛起,战略管理的研究开始逐渐关注到决策者个体差异。尤其是比较期望理论在企业行为决策中的普遍应用,企业战略与比较期望理论结合的研究成为近年来研究热点。基于此,本研究借鉴系统的回顾了比较期望理论与企业行为决策的研究脉络与最新进展。
The research on traditional enterprise strategy continues the paradigm of economic analysis, emphasizing the absolute rationality of policy makers and neglecting the individual differences. With the rise of strategic decision-making, the research of strategic management begins to pay close attention to individual differences among decision-makers. In particular, the comparison of expectation theory in the universal decision-making of business behavior, the combination of business strategy and comparative expectancy theory has become a research focus in recent years. Based on this, this study draws on the system to review the research context and the latest development of comparative expectations theory and corporate behavior decision-making.
