本文对223名接触苯、甲苯的女工和327名对照进行了苯、甲苯对女性生殖机能影响的调查研究。结果表明:接触组女工月经异常的总发生率为48.88%,明显高于对照组(16.21%),其中月经血异常、痛经的发生率有随工龄的增长而增加的趋势;自然流产和妊娠高血压综合征的发生率分别为5.7%和22.6%,亦明显高于对照组(2.4%和10.5%),其 OR 值均有显著性意义。说明苯、甲苯可影响作业女工的生殖机能。
In this paper, 223 workers exposed to benzene, toluene and 327 controls conducted benzene, toluene on the reproductive function of women survey. The results showed that the incidence of menstrual abnormalities in female workers in contact group was 48.88%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (16.21%). The incidences of menstrual blood dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea increased with the increase of working age.
