水库调度是一个复杂的多阶段动态系统决策问题。本文以系统观点为指导,较详细地分析了莲花水库优化调度涉及到的主要因素、多种需求、多个目标和多种约束等;建立了莲花水库优化调度模型,并运用动态规划递推方法实际求解,得到了莲花水库调度的整体最优策略,实现了对水库多阶段调度的最优决策控制,在实践中取得了很大的综合效益;在水库优化调度的定量建模和方法应用方面也进行了创新性探索,具有参考价值。
Reservoir scheduling is a complex multi-stage dynamic system decision-making problem.
