高校的职能是教学育人,但其本身也是一个经济实体,其有效的财务内部控制是其职能得以发挥的基础。文章分析了高校财务内部控制中存在的问题,提出了几点建议,以期为高校内部控制的发展有所帮助。
The function of colleges and universities is to educate and educate people, but it is also an economic entity in itself. Its effective internal financial control is the foundation of its functions.
