以煤矿特殊巷道乘人装置的主驱动绳轮为研究对象,利用机械优化软件ANSYS建立主驱动绳轮的力学模型并对其进行了有限元分析,同时研究了主驱动绳轮的结构尺寸对其应力和变形的影响,找出影响主驱动绳轮应力的主要结构参数,进而以最大应力为约束条件,以质量最小为优化目标对主驱动绳轮进行了主参优化设计。
Taking the main drive sheave of the passenger lane of special roadway in coal mine as the research object, the mechanical model of the main drive sheave is established by mechanical optimization software ANSYS, and the finite element analysis of the main drive sheave is performed. Meanwhile, the structural dimensions of the main drive sheave are analyzed. Stress and deformation, find the main structural parameters that affect the stress of the main drive sheave, and then optimize the main drive sheave under the condition of the maximum stress as the constraint and the minimum mass as the optimization objective.
