用~(60)Co γ射线0.5,1,1.5和2.5krad辐照白沙1016和鲁花10号两个品种受粉后10d左右(原胚期)的离体果针,然后培养成试管荚果,研究其诱变效应。结果表明, 与辐照花生种子或植株一样,其后代性状发生了变异,且变异株率和中选株率均相对较高。试验证明,这是一种行之有效的育种方法。
