本文介绍了采用镶嵌式底盘浇注的沸腾钢凸底钢锭的试验,试验结果表明,其钢锭切尾率可小于1.0%;镶嵌式底盘定位只要底盘与锭模的配合公差选择适当可以消除钢坯尾部的折叠缺陷;采用合理的轧制工艺可得到最佳的钢坯尾部形状。
