目的观察慢性磷化氢中毒的肌电图、神经传导速度改变。方法对49例慢性磷化氢中毒的患者进行NCV和EMG检测。结果纤颤电位出现率为9.7%,正锐波8.2%;轻收缩MUP时限延长11.7%,波幅增高4.6%,多相电位增多7.7%;重收缩呈单纯相15.8%,混合相14.3%。神经传导速度:SCV减慢19.4%,未引出波形2%。MCV减慢28.6%,未引出波形6.1%。远端潜伏期延长24%。结论慢性磷化氢中毒可出现周围神经损害,其损害以运动神经远端为主,肌肉损害较轻。神经电图检测对诊断有重要价值。
Objective To observe the EMG of chronic phosphine poisoning, nerve conduction velocity changes. Methods 49 cases of chronic phosphine poisoning patients NCV and EMG detection. Results The occurrence of fibrillation potential was 9.7% and positive sharp wave was 8.2%. The duration of light contraction MIP prolonged by 11.7%, amplitude increased by 4.6% and multiphase potential increased by 7.7%. The weight shrinkage was 15.8% and the mixed phase was 14.3%. Nerve conduction velocity: SCV slowed 19.4%, did not lead waveform 2%. MCV slowed 28.6%, did not lead waveform 6.1%. Extension of the distal latency of 24%. Conclusion Chronic phosphine poisoning can occur peripheral nerve damage, the damage to the distal motor nerve, muscle damage less. Electroencephalogram testing is of great value to diagnosis.
