众所周知,文化是民族凝聚力的重要源泉,是提升综合国力的重要因素。我国的文化馆是政府职能部门,面对新时期背景下群众文艺活动的蓬勃发展,必须与时俱进,创新组织方式,使群众文艺活动能够为当今的经济建设和文化进步做出积极贡献。本文尝试研究新时期背景下群众文艺活动的组织方式,希望能起到一定的参考意义。 As we all know, culture is an important source of national cohesion and an important factor in enhancing overall national strength. In the face of the vigorous development of mass literary and art activities in the new era, China’s cultural centers must keep pace with the times and innovate their organizational methods so that mass literary and art activities can make positive contributions to the current economic construction and cultural progress.
