目的对一起食物中毒分离的鸭沙门菌进行生物学特性和分子分型研究。方法菌株分离、生化鉴定和血清型确定参照GB/T4789.4-2010方法进行,用VITEK-32全自动微生物鉴定系统检测菌株药物敏感性,鲎试验检测内毒素、PCR检测沙门菌侵袭相关基因invA和invE,用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)方法进行分子分型。结果 11份样品检出8株肠炎沙门菌;其中5株菌内毒素为阳性;所有菌株均携带侵袭相关基因invA和invE;该次食物中毒样品中分离得到的8株鸭沙门菌PFGE图谱完全相同,但有别于其它地区分离的鸭沙门菌。结论 PFGE可有效用于沙门菌食物中毒细菌同源性的分析。本次食物中毒有相同的鸭沙门菌克隆系来源。
Objective To study the biological characteristics and molecular typing of Salmonella typhimurium isolated from food poisoning. Methods Strain isolation, biochemical identification and serotype determination were performed according to the method of GB / T4789.4-2010. The drug susceptibility of the strains was tested by VITEK-32 automatic microbe identification system, and the endotoxin was tested by 鲎 test. The invA And invE, using the pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) method for molecular typing. Results Eight serotypes of Salmonella enteritidis were detected in 11 samples. Among them, 5 strains were positive for endotoxin. All strains carried invA and invE genes. The 8 isolates of Salmonella enterica PFGE isolated from the poisoned samples were identical , But different from other parts of Salmonella isolated. Conclusion PFGE can be used to analyze the homology of Salmonella food poisoning bacteria. The food poisoning have the same source of Salmonella D. clonal origin.
