目前，我国的私营经济已经推进到一个新的发展阶段；投资规模扩大，实力增强；企业组织形式逐步规范化；人员构成发生变化，素质大大提高；行业结构渐趋合理；混合所有制经济开始出现。但在发展中存在和暴露出如下问题“左”思想干扰依然存在；国家政策落实不到位；私营企业身份不实现象严重；企业自身行为不规范。为促进私营企业健康发展，建议：进一步解放思想，更新观念；为私营企业创造良好的外部条件；提高私营企业素质，增强其竞争能力。 At present, China’s private economy has been pushed to a new stage of development. The investment scale has expanded and its strength has been strengthened. The organizational form of enterprises has been gradually standardized. The composition of personnel has changed, the quality has been greatly improved, the industrial structure has become more reasonable, and the mixed ownership economy has begun to emerge. However, the following problems exist in the development and are exposed: the interference of the “Left” thinking still exists; the implementation of the national policies is not in place; the identity of the private enterprises is not as serious as they are; the behaviors of the enterprises themselves are not standardized. To promote the healthy development of private-owned enterprises, we suggest that we further emancipate our minds and update our concepts, create favorable external conditions for the private sector, raise the quality of private-owned enterprises and enhance their competitiveness.
